- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Sally at Focus has helped me with two separate injuries, one of which I haven't been able to find answers to for years. She took her time to diagnose me and explain what the diagnosis meant, she gave me exercises and techniques that I could actually use and focussed completely on getting me active again. I was so impressed by her that I have subsequently recommended her to my mum and husband. Both of whom have had similarly positive experiences with Sally.
